What Is Your Story?

As I stood at sun down a few years ago to embrace the last surge of the sun and observe it drifting away into the sky, I took a pill of reality. It was almost dinner time as I watch the sun drift into her orbit, all of a sudden it dawn on me that I always talk about how I will strike it rich and famous someday and somehow.

Between where I was and the sunset, there were rows of yachts all over. I realized I was near a yacht club. Admiring the yachts with focus on one of the strikingly more sophisticated yacht, I said to myself �Fun it must be to own one or two of these luxury yachts�.

I have always been fascinated by boats and a body of water ever since I was a kid, and I know when I strike it rich I will definitely acquire as many yachts as possible if so desires. Although the thought of getting rich crosses my mind daily, I never took it seriously at first. I began to wonder if it�s really possible for someone like me who was not born with a golden spoon will ever become a millionaire or a billionaire someday.

It will be refreshing and uplifting to know more about acquiring or creating wealth even if it seemed unattainable for those of us that are financially deprived. I have heard stories of self-made millionaires, people who started from humble background with no end in sight, yet they turned their situation into millions. So I asked myself: �If others can do it, why can�t I?�

Another reason and probably the main reason that prompted me to dig deeper was the thought of being an employee all my life, working from nine to five, this does not seem like it will get me to where I want to go any time very soon. What is life going to be like financially when I retire if I don�t make my someday now, and my somehow a defined goals and cause of action to achieve desired goals?�

I have to do something about my financial situation now not someday. I have to define what I want and how to get it now not somehow; that was years ago when youth was a friend, and now youth is fast becoming a stranger. I am very glad I talked myself into doing something that will change my life, and change it did. I still don�t own a yacht yet because I am attending to my other priorities first. Sure as the sun will set today and rise again tomorrow, I am well on my way to acquiring all that my hearth desires and even more.
