There are times when your thoughts move like shooting stars, when your energy rises beyond anything you could ever plan for, and the world feels full of potential. That intensity can be powerful. It can spark creativity, confidence, motivation, and big dreams.
But it can also be overwhelming. It can feel like your mind is driving the car at full speed, and you’re just trying to keep your hands on the wheel.
If you’re in a manic or hypomanic phase right now, here’s what I want you to remember:
You are not “too much.”
Your emotions, your ideas, your passion — they are part of your human experience.
But you deserve safety, balance, and rest too.
You don’t have to shut down your brightness. You just deserve the space to steady it.
Take small steps to ground yourself:
Drink water slowly
Pause before responding or acting
Keep meals regular even if you’re not hungry
Reach out to someone who cares — not to be controlled, but to be supported
Your spark is real. Your creativity is real. Your ideas matter.
This phase does not define you.
It’s a moment. You will move through it. You will find your center again.
You are worthy of peace inside your brilliance.
