
The present is actual time. It does not consider what just occurred or what will occur in the next time. It is the stop between these two times; it is the now. It is you, interact with you. The greater parts of the outer accessories of being human are about identifying with your general surroundings to individuals, to places, to things. Being available to yourself means being in conscious moment awareness. Figuring out how to be available is the establishment of who you are in this life unfolding.
Practise presence is accompanying with yourself, however, is not as easy as it seems to be. It's often challenging to do since most of our way of life as we know it is organized in a "before and after" design. It is difficult to focus on that stop, that gap between the two.

Meditation has long been used as an intends to calm the brain and contact yourself on a profound level. Placing the vibration of the outside world aside, meditation is a confirmed exercise that gives you the opportunity to access your own intuitive, creative, and spiritual awareness. The components required to mediate are a quite atmosphere, a relaxed place, and mind-set. Of course, there are many plethoras of possibilities to exercise. Having a mantra to chant, or just monitoring your breathing without saying anything are the techniques used by many.
