How To Create A Filter For G-Mail

When you have many programs, such as the ones listed in www.incomedownlines.com, you will receive a lot of emails.  The more companies that you join, the more emails you will receive.  That will make it very hard for you to find emails that are of great importance to you.  So what you want to do is create filters for each program.  That will help you find any email that may be important to your.

When you do any work online, you will also need to advertise any program that you are a member of.  When you do you will receive a lot of emails.  That is also the case with safe-lists.  Safe-lists are a great place to advertise, because it is a legal way to send out emails.  That is because everyone on their site has signed up to receive emails, because they know others will see their emails.  As a result everyone who joins receives a lot of emails because they want others to send them emails as well.  You will find them in the advertising step of www.incomedownlines.com.  A future blog will tell you more about them.  For now I am just writing to show you how to filter the messages.

The first thing that you want to do is create two separate gmail email accounts.  There has been cases where some of the email companies do not deliver all the emails.  That will cause you to lose a lot of emails that may be important to you. You want one of those email accounts to be your contact email and the other one   for a list email.  The list email is for the emails you receive from others who advertise to you.  To give you an example, I have [email protected] for my contact e-mail and [email protected] for my list email.  All I did was add the number 1 to my list email.

The reason why having the two gmail accounts is because you want to keep the emails you receive from your business separate from your personal email.  If they were all sent to your personal e-mail account you will have a hard time finding your personal emails from your friends and family.  You don't want to use either two of the gmail accounts for your friends and family.  So you would want a third account for that.  That account does not have to be with gmail.  It could be from what ever provider you have.

After you create your gmail accounts, you want to filter each one of the companies in separate filters.  By doing this if you wanted to find any company, you can do so by clicking the filter you created for that filter.  Make sure you create a filter for www.Incomedownlines.com.  In that filter make sure you add my email addresses to that filter.  My email addresses are [email protected], which I use for my downline, so that you can contact me if you need any help.  Also add my other two emails to the filter, which are [email protected] and [email protected].
