In regard to Beliefs, Actions and Results I HIGHLY suggest you purchase the book �The Travelers Gift� (The 7 Decisions That Determine Personal Success) by Andy Andrews.

This book will be life altering and will help you in being the best you can be in all aspects of your life and really help make you much more successful in our business. In my opinion it is an absolute MUST READ. Below you will find a summary I wrote of the 7 Decisions. The Challenge at the end of the book is to read these 7 decisions for 21 days (I wouldn�t stop at 21 days though) once in the morning and once at night. If you don�t get the book at least take this challenge. However you will be cheating yourself and those you care about if you do not get the book and read it several times and share it with those you love.
The First Decision � �THE BUCK STOPS HERE�
From this moment forward I accept responsibility for everything in my life. I understand that the beginning of wisdom is to accept the responsibility of my problems which means I do NOT blame anyone for my circumstances because I have created them. By accepting TOTAL responsibility, I free myself to move forward into a bigger brighter future of my own choosing. I look forward. I do not let the past control my destiny. I am totally responsible for my success. My thoughts are constructive NEVER destructive. I control my thoughts. The buck stops HERE!
The Second Decision � �I SEEK WISDOM�
I seek out wise people and listen to their council. The bible says �There is wisdom in an abundance of counselors�. It also says in Proverbs 8:17-21 �I love those who love me, and those who seek me find me. 18 With me are riches and honor, enduring wealth and prosperity. 19 My fruit is better than fine gold; what I yield surpasses choice silver. 20 I walk in the way of righteousness, along the paths of justice, 21 bestowing a rich inheritance on those who love me and making their treasuries full.� I focus on how I can serve because he who serves a lot will be blessed. I change my future by changing my actions today. I read books and listen to audio files that change MY thinking which brings about positive changes in my personal relationships and a better understanding of my fellow man. I seek wisdom.
The Third Decision � �I AM A PERSON OF MASSIVE ACTION�
I do NOT dwell in the pit of despair moaning over squandered time and lost opportunity. Knowing that laziness is a sin, I have a habit of lively behavior. Rich rewards come to me because I move quickly. I inspire others with my activity�I am a leader. My activity is consistent. I am a person of massive action. I have clearly defined written goals and take daily action to achieve them. Fear no longer has a place in my life. Failure exists only for the person who quits. I do NOT quit! I am a person of MASSIVE ACTION!
The Fourth Decision � �I HAVE A DECIDED HEART�
�A journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step.� Criticism, condemnation and complaints have no power over me. The power to control my direction belongs to me. I awaken every morning extremely excited about the new day and the opportunities it brings. I share my vision of the future with positive people, and as they see the belief in my eyes they follow me. A person without a dream never had a dream come true. My course has been chartered and my destiny is assured. I have a decided heart!
The Fifth Decision � �TODAY I CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY�
Happiness is a choice. I greet each day with laughter. Upon awakening I laugh out loud for 7 seconds! Laughter is an outward expression of enthusiasm and enthusiasm is the fuel that motivates others. I smile at every person I meet. I do not sing because I am happy. I am happy because I sing. God has bestowed upon me MANY gifts, and for these I�m grateful and I acknowledge God for giving them to me. I have a grateful spirit. Each moment I choose to be HAPPY!
The Sixth Decision - �I GREET THIS DAY WITH A FORGIVING SPIRIT�
Forgiving releases me of unproductive thoughts and bitterness. Because I forgive, I let go of the things of the past which I can do nothing about, freeing me up to focus on the things I can control thereby assuring my destiny.
I forgive those critical of my goals and dreams, and instead I have compassion for them because they don�t realize the blessings they are missing when they are critical. I know that I will always be criticized by others and that criticism is part of the price paid for leaping past mediocrity.
I forgive myself, and because I�m 100% responsible for my life, I no longer blame others. By forgiving myself and no longer blaming others, I erase the doubts, fears and frustration that have kept my past in the present. I have forgiven myself. My life has just begun and today is the first day of the rest of my life! I greet this day with a FORGIVING spirit!
The Seventh Decision � �I PERSIST WITHOUT EXCEPTION�
God has blessed me with the freedom to choose. I always choose to commit my ways to the Lord and to persist without exception. Proverbs 16:3 says �Commit your ways to the Lord and you will succeed.� I hold fast to my dreams. I stay the course. I never quit! How long must a child try to walk before he actually does so? However long it takes! How long must I work to succeed before I actually do so? However long it takes! By persisting without exception, my outcome, my success is assured. I focus on results! I am a person of great faith. Hebrews 11:1 says �Faith is confidence in what we hope for, and assurance of what we do not see.� Faith is always a sounder guide than reason because reason can only go so far and faith has no limits. The reward of faith is to achieve the future that I believe. I PERSIST without EXCEPTION because I am a person of GREAT FAITH!
