Total Life Changes Convention Update

Hello Everybody,

I promised that I would do an update on the TLC Convention that was held in Las Vegas on the 18th and 19th of July. Well here it is. I must say guys that it began in a spectacular fashion. When we walked into the hotel, I knew we were in for a treat. It was a first class establishment all of the way. When we got to the room it was really decked out as they are for all of the guest complete with snacks and beverages if you desired any.

 After we checked in and put our things away we got registered for the event which was to be held the next day on Saturday the 19th. Then we decided to get a bite to eat before the meet and greet which was to be held later on that evening. For dinner we decided to go to the house of blues as a friend of mine had already given me a heads up on this place and highly recommended it. She was absolutely correct in her assessment of this restaurant. They had the best hamburger that I have ever had, Beef and cheese with applewood bacon and it was cooked to perfection. By the time dinner was over it was time for the meet and greet.

 The meet and greet was held downstairs in the one of the Mandalay Bay Hotel Convention rooms and this was also the place where we would meet the next day for the actual convention meeting. Guys this meet and greet was great. People were there from everywhere, New York, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, California, Tennessee, Oregon, just to name a few. You get the idea. The USA and some foreign Countries were well represented at this gala event. The lighting was dim, the music was just right, not too loud which allowed you a chance to actually meet people and talk to them and get to know them. But one of the most surprising things to me about this entire meet and greet was that when we arrived, standing there at the door of the room was the CEO and founder of the Company Mr. Jack Fallon. I was very impressed with this gesture. He personally shook hands and smiled and took the time to meet every person that showed up for the event and truly made us feel welcome and right at home. Guys that is true leadership. We had a wonderful time at the meet and greet  and got a chance to meet a lot of wonderful people.

 Around 11:00 PM the meet and greet wound down and then a bunch of us headed up to our Upline leaders room, Mr and Mrs. Erwin and Twiler Portis. Guys these are absolutely two of the Giants of our industry. While we were there we got an opportunity to meet a lot of people in our group that we had not met in person before. People from all over the country. Some of them I had talked to over the phone but never had the opportunity to meet in person. While we were there Both Mrs Portis and Mr Portis spoke to us about the opportunity that we had with TLC and what lay before us. Just giving us guidance as all great leaders do. The people in the room were hanging on every word too. It was just an awesome feeling when you get the rare opportunity to be in company of such great leaders and other great people and get to hear them speak and give you time tested proven methods for building your business.  After about an hour with the group we headed up to our room to get a much needed nights rest.

 Now it is Saturday and we headed down stairs again to the convention room. We got in line and after a short wait, the doors were opened. We got seated and very shortly afterwards the convention started. It was chock full of testimonies of peoples experience with the product and  training on how to use, present and demonstrate the products that we had. This was the morning show. We had lunch around 1:00 and all we had to do was step outside of the room to the buffet that the company had provided, Baked Chicken, Lasagna, vegetables, salads, deserts, tea. My hat is off to TLC. They fed the distributors well and in style.

 Now after lunch the fireworks began. We were treated to a fashion show complete with models and all. As you know TLC will soon be rolling out its garment line which is guaranteed to take this industry by storm. Well we got to see first hand what you guys will be treated to soon and it will be well worth your wait for these awesome body shaping garments.

 The garments were blockbuster #1 but then they laid another blockbuster on us and guys it was every bit as big from the nutrition  side of things. TLC introduced a product that only TLC has when it comes to direct selling companies. Its called CHAGA.

There was still more to come. Awards time. Guys, there were people getting life size checks for their accomplishments in the field and  the top leaders received their rings. Now the convention is over and we are finally headed home but not without memories that will last us a lifetime. Wish you could have been there.
