What is the Secret Sauce to Making Money Online?
Secret? You may ask.
SECRET: (according to dictionary.com)something kept from the knowledge of any but the initiated or privileged: ie a secret society.
Does the "secret" to making money online belong to only the initiated or the privileged...some secret society?
It would seem like it does when you consider that ONLY 3% who take on this venture are actually making money.
But I beg to differ...EVERYONE can make money online!!!
The "secret"... the proper way to do so involves ONLY 3 simple steps.
- Identify a Profitable Niche
- Use a Capture Page to Gather Email Addresses and or Names
- Develop a Relationship with those on your List
That's It!!!
Identifying a Profitable Niche
This is not as hard as it seems.
One of the best resources of Dummies.com
After going to Dummies.com go to their Bookstore.
Their Bookstore is broken down into categories. And within these categories - are individual
niches. The key though is to find one that people are already spending money on.
Remember it's not about what YOU'RE interested but about what others are already buying.
Use a Capture Page
*KEY POINT* NEVER, NEVER send a prospect to your affiliate website!!!
This is a major reason why so many people fail to make money online.
When a person is taken to your affiliate (replicated...let's just call it what it is) website, they may
stay on it on an average of 10 to 15 seconds (I'm being generous) and then they're gone forever.
If you had used a capture page you could have captured their contact information are able to send them more
information in the future.
Most opportunities offer capture pages...if they don't you may have to promote a different opportunity or
have some to create one for you or if you are so inclined create your own.
*KEY POINT* A person is more inclined to give you their contact information if you offer them a free gift.
Develop a Relationship with People on Your List
*KEYPOINT* People will buy from you ONLY when they know and trust you.
So what this means is; as you are building your list don't try to sell right away.
Find out what is on their minds; their needs, desires...wants.
Always, Always offer value.
After a relationship is established offer a product or service that meets their needs!
T he "SECRET" is out! The "CAT" is out of the bag!
If you follow these 3 steps you are well on your way to making money online.
