To acquire a job requires knowledge for work that you are expected to perform, and the strategy and
approach needed to obtain employment. Education has become the most significant thing that an
individual can get. It is an important element for growth in virtually any career.  Looking for full-time
employment can be hard without a decent academic background. Whether from within a school
setting, from lifes experiences, or discovery of natural talents, the process of gaining knowledge
starts as we begin to learn from birth and continues throughout our lives.

Many people, adults and children alike, find it difficult to get along within the school or classroom
environment.  But for whatever might be their objections or problem it is considered important and
required by others to know your level of formal education. There are times where you may ponder,
why is education so important? The answer is that education makes a person who he is. It can
make a person respectable and a contributing member in society.

Education is the development of knowledge. Education gives us knowledge about the world around
us. It helps us form a purpose in life. We dare to dream when we are confident in the knowledge and
the knack required in pursuits to achieve desired goals in life. It helps us to form an interpretation on
almost everything in life. Learning consists of getting information about the surrounding world and
turning information into knowledge. Education helps us gain an understanding of life and develop
wisdom for living. We discover and learn to hone our natural skills and abilities through practice and
application. Education and experience teaches us the lessons of life.

School and classroom learning are excellent environments from which to be taught, but being educated
online is a viable option to receive fully accredited certification and degrees. Online learning courses
provide opportunity to acquire certification or a degree with no need to go to school. You are able to study
over the internet from home and within your very own time and convenience. Online degrees offer a quality
curriculum and quite an effective alternative approach to schooling. There are many career fields to choose
from and courses are available for different levels of educational pursuits such as a diploma, continuing
education, masters, and even post-doctoral certificates. The knowledge for work influences career growth,
as it is among the greatest of competitive benefits anyone might have in any kind of business organization.

The knowledge for work is the empowerment to pursue and achieve your objectives in life. Knowledge is power when directed by understanding and wisdom. Lifes experiences are also powerful educators. The pursuit of careers and employment require the knowledge and know-how to gain the education, produce the resumes & cover letters, conduct job hunting strategies, and the job interview skills that result in employment.  Aptitude and application is knowledge put into action whether you desire to acquire a job or be self-employed. Abe Lincoln, who became President during a crucial time in Americas history; had only a third grade education, but became self-taught because he understood the importance of continuing to live to learn and thereby learned to live. He therefore attained the knowledge for work within his chosen career.
