I review many forums dedicated to home-based
business opportunities and many members of
these forums are upset because people join
their businesses and shortly after joining
they drop out of the program.
These drop outs are referred to as being
tire kickers and the business opportunity
often is a matrix program with an emphasis
on recruiting members. But are they really
unmotivated members or do they have a good
reason for dropping out of a progran soon
after joining?
Why Do Marketers Lose There Downlines?
1. Yes, the new member might be lazy.
2. The member may not have the funds to
continue,
3. The member may not have the time to
adequately work the business.
4. The program is not a good program and
there is no chance of it succeeding.
5. The member soon realizes the program
is a bait and switch operation and
he/she is constantly being encouraged
to join another program or to upgrade
in the current program.
6. The sponsor may not be motivated and
doesn't take the time to connect with
the downline member or to offer the
needed assistance.
If you are losing downline members look in
the mirror...is the program you are promoting
a good program and are you staying in touch
with your members. You are accountable for
offering them assistance. Are you providing
that assistance?
