Step 1 � Drive targeted traffic to your lead capture page
(i.e. � collect the least 1st and foremost)
There are several ways to do this
� PPV (one of our personal favorites)
� PPC
� Blogs
� Solo ads
� Banners
� Press Releases
� Article marketing
� Social Media
� Offline to Online (a 2nd of my personal favorites)
Step #2 � Build, Collect and Contain your Herd (List)
Your �herd� is a group of people that have come through your marketing funnel, looking for information about a particular idea or opportunity that you offered.
You can attract them and keep them attracted to you, by offering a free report, cd, webinar, good content that informs and inspires, etc�In my case, I actually give away 100 Free Opportunity Seeker Leads to them daily like you see here: http://ibuildyourbiz.com. This naturally attracts other business-minded individuals that already know its importance and want the leads which are something of value.
The more you cultivate your communication with your list, the more responsive and attracted to you they�ll become.
Step #3 � Creating Quality Conversions
Shifting traffic (leads) into cash paying customers
This is where money exchanges hands from your prospects to yours.
You can create conversions almost on demand by providing good content (see step #2) which by default helps create the important �know, like and trust� equation so your prospects become your customers v/s someone elses.
A good way to measure your progress is to offer a low-dollar offer to determine the viability of the lead becoming a buyer. The bigger ticket items can come later after you have segmented the buyers from the freebie seekers in your list. For example, this free �Money Is Everywhere� report for Direct Pay System, costs $4.95 to have it shipped to you by mail. It is a good test to determine if the subscriber is willing to pay money for what you have to offer.
Of course, this is a watered down version of the entire process, as there are many moving parts that make this process flow with little to no resistance, but what you�ve gained here today is the foundation from which to build off of.
You can build a stable $100K + income per year using this formula, in just about any niche imaginable.
