So, let's see what happens when you click the banner...
You are taken to a very tempting offer claiming that you will receive 7 useful high quality reports about Internet marketing for FREE. They are all descrembed thoroughly so you know exactly what you get. Cool, right? :)
BUT... there is a BIG but here... The truth is, you never receive them! Not for free at least. You give your email address (because this is the condition for receiving your free gift), and then you land on a page with an even more tempting offer to get the reseller rights for these 7 reports for the humble sum of $17. Sounds good. A decent proposal. :) Nothing unusual so far.
I don't know what happens if you decide to pay these $17. You probably get what has been promised to you in the end, BUT do you get it for free as stated on the "gift" page?
I know what happens if you decline the reseller rights offer though. You get an email WITHOUT a link to the free reports you gave your email for, but with a proposal to become an affiliate of the same offer (and links to other products) and you get access to a variety of materials and resources with really good quality I must admit. BUT... then again, if you don't want to take this offer, you are left out.
So, in a nutshell, there is something not completely fair regarding the first offer (which is for FREE reports) cause you never get them unless you pay for the reseller rights. What you actually get after that, are tons of emails promoting gazillions other products (all of them paid of course)... good for the affiliates and the owner of the products/ programs! :) You are kinda forced to become an affiliate, aren't you?
The question is: Can you put up with "the little marketing trick" you've been caught by, being used by you to make an affiliate commission?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- P.S. Don't fall for the offer represented by the banner above. It's used for demonstration purposes only.
BTW, the content of the "The REAL TRUTH About Gurus", which was my previous PR, was copy/ pasted from the affiliate tools' page, so these words were written by the guru himself... funny, huh?
