You can host mini-contests on Instagram: During one of my social media rounds on Instagram, I stumbled on an auditioning contest hosted by a popular Nollywood artiste. 

The auditioning contest was for a role in a movie, and interested actors/actress were asked to send in their entry and tag the host, followers are expected to share them or #regram the videos for popularity.

As I discovered this intriguing contest, I said this would really save a lot of time that a physical auditioning would have demanded. 

The possibility of asking for a short �elevator pitch� interview opener from job applicants abound, only when it is explored.
