Hello and thanks for stopping by!

My name is John Ferrari and I
reside somewhere in the NY area.

I will cover various topics here as the
weeks go by although my main interest
is alternative and natural health therapies
that I know work due to my use of them
or due to other close acquaintances' having
had success with them.

I must warn you ahead of time;
even though I do NOT enjoy typing
and I hunt and peck each letter which
sometimes causes wrist/hand sensations,
I tend to write long posts once I get started.

But, for now, I just want to say hello to you and

Since laughter is the best medicine, reading jokes
