Sometimes I wonder why people seem reluctant to smile these days. It doesn't cost you anything to smile so come on people lets start looking a bit happier. This article is all about this and about having a better positive outlook on life which will bring to you positive results.

So many times in my past I used to always think in a negative way, I am beginning now to managed to stop this and my life has improved so much. Now days I like to surround myself with positive people, as these people tend to be more successful and happier. Today in life we have so many people who are always moaning and groaning and seem like they are so depressed.

When I was a child I had so many things to be negative about, we were in poverty, I was overweight and was negative about my Christianity. Being around other people always made me nervous.

I realized early into my twenties that I needed to change my approach to life. I had friends and family who pushed me to hold my head up high and think on the good life that God has for me

I ended up fighting the negative to become the positive. After growing up in a church that was almost a cult, I've learn to know God for myself and know that he's all for my good and not trying to send me to hell for every little thing that I do.

Now I focus on the good life that God has in store for me, I wake up in the mornings knowing that He has my back.

So my inspiration for you today is, hold your head up high and what ever you do in life, don't be depressed and let the journey of this life get the best of you.

Trust in God with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding, always know that God is there for any and every problem you may be face with.
