Everyone wish to feel more energetic during the afternoon. You naturally go through durations of higher activity which contrasts along with times of relaxation. 5) Exercise regularly. This is easier said than done with a busy schedule. A poor conditioning level makes you be short-of-breath and your coronary heart to race when just doing simple stuff like climbing a flight of measures or doing household chores.
