Don't Join A Program if You cannot Reach Them

I have learned from my past on joining programs. Never pay for a program until you contact them. I always email a program before I pay any money. The reason is this, if they do not respond within 48 hours before I pay them, do you think they will respond after you pay them?

If they do not have a phone number, do not join. Call the number to see if they are a real business or just some guy in the basement.
