Flash in the Pan

"Flash in the Pan" - Something which disappoints by failing to deliver anything of value, despite a showy beginning. Many of us have had that person join us and their attitude is, "I'm going to conquer the world!", and then they quickly fizzle.

The point here is that the opposite side of, " join and never log in guy", is "flash in the pan guy". Take a minute to stop and appreciate that steady Leader that day after day stays the course.
