Lead by example. Do exactly what you expect them to do.

To get more upgrades, people need to know what is in it for THEM! They already think that you are in it for your own reasons.

So simply, invest in people and it will make you rich beyond your wildest dreams. You, as their sponsor take the lead to grow their network, build their business, and answer their questions.

 When people know you genuinely are there for them then they will reciprocate the favor by going all in.

I feel it is very important to keep in touch on a weekly basis with your downline. Keep on motivating them, hold contests, send them business building related emails. Give them your email address, phone no and other Instant Messenger information, so that if they wish to contact you - they can do it easily.

When they achieve, recognize their achievement in the Forum, in Stream and maybe even with a personal congratulatory email to their email address.
