1. Spend some time creating your "MY PAGE" (Your Profile). If you are going
to join several Social Networks, which is recommended, then save your information
in a file so that you can simply copy and paste. This will save you a lot of time!
2. Read the rules for each Social Network you join to be sure what you can and can't do. Keep your message/post short, and to the point. Your post can not be a blatant ad for your business. If it is, you will be banned.
If you have any special skills or mentoring that you can offer or offer people a free product download or become your friend and email you for a free product (pick "one" of the products in the Product Packages you purchased to give away) etc.
Always offer your help and if possible, tell people how they can benefit from what you have to offer. It's about building relationships, but don't get distracted with other opportunities. DO NOT get caught up in the foolish offers like; "If you join mine, I will join yours." You can waste a lot of time in these Social Networks if you are not careful in how you approach them. Smart but careful!
3. The main thing that you want to accomplish is to build a list of prospects (friends). In many of the Social Networks you can email your friends. But, what I recommend is to give away something free by clicking on your link. You can give away a free ebook, software, or a subscription to your own ezine. That way, you collect their names and email for your own list and then you can market to them anytime you want.
4. Spend some time looking for and joining other people's lists (becoming their
friend first), because the more friends you have the larger presence you have in that
Network.
