here as example. 4225x18.5= 78,162.5 and this will serve as your value
B. Third, you must divide the value B to 703. This is for the purpose of
finding the best weight range appropriate for your height. Try to
follow this one using your own height. 78,162.5/703= 111.18 then simply
round it off to 111. This is the lighter weight you can have. The next
step would give the heavier weight you can have for your body.
Fourth
step is to find the normal heavier weight for your body type. You just
need to follow the formula that you use in step 2 but instead of using
18.5, you must use the 24.9. So, if you use the 24.9 the calculation of
your weight must look this:
� 65 x 65 = 4225
� 4225 x 24.9 = 105,202.5
� 105,202.5 / 703 = 149.65
� Round to 150 (pounds).
As you can see, the computation is very easy. Thus, you are already
guided on how much to lose and how much to gain if you are thin and
