 Lots of people nowadays are suffering from reducing their body weight. Some would go to dietician and spend thousands of bucks. So, if you are one of those persons who are planning not to eat or skip their meals then you better think it many times. Losing weight should be based on your weight and height as well. Most of the time person thinks that he or she is too fat but actually he's or she's not. So, for you to know how much weight you should lose or you should gain, there is this scientific formula that you can use to measure your weight. The method here uses the BMI or the Body Mass Index. According to the BMI the normal weight supposed to be is 18.5 up to 24.9. Using this method you can actually figure out the accurate weight suitable for you. Below are the instructions given for you. Just follow the steps here then you will know the weight to lose or to gain.

 First, know your height then square it in inches. To make it clear, just multiply it times on itself. Like for example, your height is 65 inches then you should the following: (65x65- 4,225) So this would be your value

A.Second, simply multiply the value A to 18.5 like this one given here as example. 4225x18.5= 78,162.5 and this will serve as your value

B. Third, you must divide the value B to 703. This is for the purpose of finding the best weight range appropriate for your height. Try to follow this one using your own height. 78,162.5/703= 111.18 then simply round it off to 111. This is the lighter weight you can have. The next step would give the heavier weight you can have for your body.

Fourth step is to find the normal heavier weight for your body type. You just need to follow the formula that you use in step 2 but instead of using 18.5, you must use the 24.9. So, if you use the 24.9 the calculation of your weight must look this: � 65 x 65 = 4225 � 4225 x 24.9 = 105,202.5 � 105,202.5 / 703 = 149.65 � Round to 150 (pounds). As you can see, the computation is very easy. Thus, you are already guided on how much to lose and how much to gain if you are thin and needs to gain some weight. This should serve as your guide before you hit the gym or workout on your new weight loss equipment. It�s always best to know what track you must work on so that you know the most suited diet and exercise would help you achieve weight loss fast, easy and safely.
