I understand that there is a buzzing around this team building style MLM system and I have decided to tell my opinion about it. The theory is fundamentally to put together a team primarily and after that link up with a Home Business company all together. It is about building up your organization just like in ordinary MLM until your team catches a certain quantity of active members (something like 3000). Then you can join all together to the selected company. This concept lets you to have a team before even signing up into a Network Marketing company.

Likely business builders come in and go out easily.

The team building MLM system is not for each person and there are two sides of this coin just like any other businesses. It can be a good selection for those who take the business seriously even though it does not cost anything to them. Sadly the price of a product often determines the value that the product holds for us. This is why distributors are often taught in MLM not to give away free product samples because the customers would not even consume it and plus they would not think of the actual product that it is precious if they could get it for free.

I would say that this team building opportunity is for more experienced Networkers; for those who have already been involved in MLM and know what and how much it takes to run their MLM system. They can be grateful for the free opportunity and the cost free monthly membership without influencing badly their businessapproach. By the way the same thing can be achieved by building your list of Home Business leads and building trust and connections with them. That's the way I do it.
