Building Your Dream Home List!

This is the first and most important step for building your dream home, or business. Without a list of people to talk to, there is no way you can be successful. We are going to cover three ways to build your dream home and your list: (1) Your current center of influence; (2) social marketing; and (3)  using company profits! You will get all that is needed in this  (180) days action plan, that help peoples buy or build their dream home.

(1)   Your Center of Influence. The system has everything you need to build your dream home, your list of people you already know. We recommend aiming for a list of at least 100 people. You do not have to contact them all right away, but this is your best chance of building your dream home or any business  fast because they already know you. Start with everyone you have in your cell phone and email contact list.

(2)    Social Marketing.  There are a lot of  social marketing sites; but just to keep it simple, we are only going to talk about Twitter, and Facebook. there are over 900 million people on Facebook profiles and 10's of millions are homeowners or want to be.  With this strategy we are only looking for people who want to Live THE American Dream of having their home paid off free and clear in 3-5 years!

(3)  Using Company Profits.  This can be a very easy way to build your dream home, or have it paid off early in 3-5 years, but you have to be willing to go through a lot of numbers.  Most people do not buy from people they do not already know, like, and trust. Most of the time this is a two step process; you can start with the invites company (we) do all the training, and share its profits with all the members.
