Today�s blog post is on getting your online business closer to your customer. How can we replace the face to face relationship building that occurs in the brick and mortar business world? The answer is simple. Use things like social chat and social media. Why is this great solution? Well, they are instant forms of communication. People can get answers to questions right away. Not only that, they are public. Others see this going on. Why do you think companies invest in staff addressing twitter and face book concerns? Why do companies take time to build pages and profiles in these social media outlets? It�s because they know how powerful they are in establishing a good brand and reaching people.
People like to be treated like people in chats and social media. If you�re a small business owner I think the concept is really big. With you out in the social cyber world you�re constantly investing in relationships by knowing that your potential customers will see value in you and your product.
