Bridge builders �
Bridge the gap. It is what leaders do well. They help people on one side get over to the other side.
And how do you bridge the gap? By being the bridge. This is what good leaders do best.
Helping people get from one side to the other. And often the gap is large, and those on one side may feel hopeless, helpless. But the leader comes in and says I understand, I have been on that side, I am now on this side, I know how to get over, and I will teach you, help you.
Bridgegappers is taking people from where they are to where they want to go.
And here is another thought, note to
leaders. Leaders are often on the other side, already arrived, achieved, in
comfort and safety.
But in order to help others, they must leave the comfort and safety, go back and help others, walking, guiding, and helping. This is what good leaders do.
