
It's OK to be different... In fact, you'd better be!
It's great and essential to a point to have awareness and to understand what your competitors are doing in their business, but you should be cautioned not to do the EXACT same thing.
As we talked about in a previous issue, to be able to serve your customers in the best way possible, you'll need to understand your customer�s needs and wants.
If all you're doing is copying your competitors, you're not doing enough for your business to grow and you'll eventually hit a stalemate.
Another good reason to have a good mentor to show you how to most effectively grow your business and how to avoid these types of mistakes that virtually all business owners make. (More on that in a future blog).
Remember that to be effective in business, you'll need to learn how to stand out, set yourself apart and show the world how you are different and how you are better.
Keep an eye on your competitors, BUT... DON'T BE THEM!
