You Have the Power to be great!

"Yes" You have the power to be great, that you can move mountains. Maybe not physically, but in a literal sense. I believe that you are the answer (key), and possess the �means� to become great. I also believe that you are the �driving force� behind your own success. I believe in you, because you have the power.

 Let us take a look at what power means, and how we can relate it to business. According to Webster's Dictionary, power is a possession of control, authority or influence over others; the ability to act or produce an effect; a source or means of supplying energy; the right to govern or rule or determine, and the ability to wield forces.

Now you're probably thinking......well that's great Amy, but what does that have to do with me? It has everything to do with you. You have those capabilities. It is just learning how and when to use them effectively, with a positive attitude to make things happen for you.

 Your belief in yourself, and your abilities along with knowledge, skills, talents, experiences and work ethic goes into everything you work at, to get things done. Whether it is decorating your home, buying groceries or gasoline, planting a garden, purchasing a vehicle or working a job.....you are at the forefront of those things depending on your ability to do and a need. It just takes believing in yourself that �you can� accomplish those things.....and with confidence and commitment you are able to obtain that which you set forth to gain. The same means you have to decide to do those things, are the same means you possess when you decide to go into business for yourself, or with others. So, what will you decide to do with your power?

 Businesses are created to provide a product or service and to make a profit while serving others. Ask yourself, �What is it that every business needs to be profitable?� �What must they have that is of value and will enable them to stay in business?� �What common denominator must every business possess to provide for their customer base?� It is �PEOPLE�. All businesses have to have people, to help create, assemble, educate, teach, mentor, train, deliver, lead and show how things are meant to work. People are their greatest asset. That means they need YOU.

 We are not here to �conquer and divide�, we are here to �unite and build�. The road to success is always under construction, so we are constantly building people. Building people consist of building relationships. You will be building a customer base and a team for your business, as well as working with others that have been where you are today. It all starts with you. What will you do? If you can do it for someone else, I know you can do it for yourself.

 A great leader once said that, �Your past is not a preview of your future....nobody dictates your future, you write your future�. You have the sole ownership to control and determine your destiny, because you have the power to do so. What will you do with your power?

You have the capabilities to do anything you set your mind to do. You have the ability, natural talent, willingness, interest and ambition to learn, as well as overcoming objections. You have the ability to become a leader, if you are passionate about what you do and you have the right mindset and training. You can become great and others will want to follow you. You can be in business for yourself, but not by yourself. You can learn to lead, then lead others to greatness as well. Just think how that would feel, to know that you are helping others, as well as you growing and achieving your goals and dreams of a better future for you and your family.

With all the great opportunities available today, you have a choice......a choice to do or not do. You can choose to be happy or not be happy. You can choose to lead or not lead. You can choose to WIN or not win. The choice is up to you. Do you believe in yourself? I believe in you.

 If you believe that you can do it, then make the decision to go for it. All you need is belief, a willing heart and determination to work hard and not give up when things get tough. Is it easy to arrive at greatness? No, we will never tell you that its easy, but anything worth having is worth working for, and those who vision themselves and focus on the future will succeed.

 Staying focused on what your dreams and goals are will give you the fuel to light the fire from within you to become financially independent. That is what we all are trying to achieve. So, I ask you, �What is it worth to you�, to be able to live the life you've always wanted? �What is it worth to you, if you can have freedom of time?�  What will you do?

 Make the decision to get started today, and change your life like you've only dreamed about. Today is only the beginning, of the rest of your life. Why not start paving your road to success and enjoy the journey with great people and times of your life that you will look back on and say, well done.....I have reached my destination.
