SUCCESS PROCESS: Last night we featured Maggie's great perspective on taking responsibility for your programs and tonight we feature Maisie's response to our email about what people consider when joining programs:
"Interesting! Anyone who failed to read, research, and ask questions before they make a decision, is following the 'bouncing ball'".
"Vanguard encourages us to do research.
"The hype on making six figure incomes sounds good, so some home business searchers allow others to make decisions for them, and in the process their dreams diminish quickly. Even if they make some earnings, it vanishes quickly, because they do not take into consideration the five laws of gold.
"They forgot that in order to have a great harvest,
1. One must dig a deep trench so that the roots can be secured.
2. When the seeds come out of the soil, they have to be nurtured and cared for.
3. Then there is the waiting period (12-18 months), before the harvest.
4. The seeds of that harvest will have to be replanted and
5. Then we begin to reap the benefits.
"...without the firm planting of the seeds, nurturing, patience and work, yes, work, we toil in vain. (mostly biblical concepts, but they are solid). Maisie
OUR COMMENT: Even for those who have no religious inclinations or are even anti-religious the Bible does have a lot of very solid, as Maisie, said, principals worth following. Perhaps the most important is number 3, the time it takes for success to arrive.
A smart man once told me, "You can't rush success, you have to let it come on it's own terms." Our prospects will become our customers when the time is right for them, not when we want them to. But, if we stay in touch - nurture - they will become customers.
"I am a living example that success is a process, not an event, and that success is possible if you can 'survive yourself'!
In my early years I wanted success now, quit programs too soon, never built a customer list and never had a chance. Once I learned the value of staying in touch and building a list my fortune changed. Thanks to Maisie for great words" ... Larry O.
