Confidence!

Confidence is a great leader word.

People by and large are not confident.
They are generally insecure.

If you can teach with confidence, lead with confidence, people will follow.

People will follow one who knows where they are going. They look for someone who is secure.

We have this so very true.

We have never seen anyone who followed someone who lacked confidence.
When the leader lacks confidence, everyone else feels that also.

Look at your day.

Start your day with confidence. Feel good about yourself. Feel good about what you are doing. And feel good that you with confidence will surely lift someone else up.

You will come into someone else life and really add value to them.
