Today, I am going to share with you the perils of procrastination in a no
nonsense kind of way. But before I get started, let me tell you the following story:

Three mischievous old Grandmas were sitting on a bench outside the nursing home when an old Great Grandpa, Billy G, walked by.
One of the old Grandmas yelled out, 'Hey, we bet we can tell exactly how old you are!'

Billy said, 'There is no way you can guess my age!

One of the Grandmas said, 'Sure we can! Just drop your pants and undershorts and we can tell your exact age.'

Embarrassed, but anxious to prove they couldn't do it, Billy dropped his drawers.

The Grandmas asked him to first turn around a couple of times and then jump up and down several times Determined to prove them wrong, he did it. Then they all said in unison,'You're 93 years old!'

Standing with his pants down around his ankles, Billy asked, 'How in the world did you guess my age?'

Slapping their knees, high fiving and grinning from ear to ear, the three old ladies happily crowed.....

'We were at your birthday party yesterday.'

I don't have to tell you that when I read that story, I laughed so hard until I cried. Anyway back to procrastination.

I just remembered I need to send an email to my buddy Jimmy. I'll be right back.

Okay, I am back to the subject. I'll bet jimmy will love that one too. Oh here comes the mail man; I've got to tell it to him.

Okay, here we go again all about procrastination. Oh my goodness, time sure does fly. It's time for lunch and I have got to run to the store and pickup a few things for dinner. I'll get back to finish this a little later.

Well, well, here I am back at this again. I have had a very busy day. While on the way to the Grocery store, I ran into Diane and Sue and we decided to have lunch at the Egg Drop Inn and before we knew it, we had talked for two hours and I still needed to go to the grocery store. In fact, we had so much fun, we decided to get back together tomorrow. But anyway, about procrastination; Let's start with, what is procrastination. What! I don't believe this, it is almost 5: O'clock and I haven't started dinner. I have to cook something fast tonight because my favorite show comes on right after the Evening News Hour.

Oh well I guess I will get to finish this first thing tomorrow. It's a good thing I am doing business from home so I can handle all the important decisions I have to make. I would never be able to do this on a regular 9 to 5 job.

til next time,

Olson 'MrCorn' Rogers
