We put the ribs back into the oven about 8:30 at about 375, and let them cook for about 3 hours. They were exactly as I wanted them, fall off the bone delicious. That's the way we're going to do it from now on. They were wonderful. I felt so bad when Mom's friend struggled with his ribs, trying to pull the meat off the bone. Poor old guy is 92. He was trying to be so polite. Wish he could have had them the 2nd time! Next time will be better.
