Are you a Driver or just watching?

Eric Gaither talking a bit about the wonderful world of Truck Driving therefore are you simply warming a seat or are you involved??

For me, I've been warming a seat and for the while I've been involved in Trucking, and still am because it's the ONLY thing I'm good at and that needs to and WILL change, I'm becoming a wee bit educated with all the online activities needed to progress to a future of not Trucking or working for any company apart from mine, online.

I've been a Driver since late '98 and after 9-11-01, things started getting creepy and after 2005, things REALLY got weird.

All the new safety protocols, requirements, qualifications for new drivers, companies altering or rewriting their applicant specifics, D.O.T. stuff, attitudes of Drivers, and many other bits.

There are some aspects of Trucking which are still FUN, yet most aspects are not, they're just things needing to be done.

Trucking is a lot like working online: There are REQUIREMENTS of both that need to be observed, followed, implemented, utilized lest one not become thoroughly immersed.

WE need follow directives to make ANYTHING work.

WE all went to school(s) for some years after which we were seemingly thrust upon the world and told "Go get at it".

All I'm saying here is that for you to become that of which you want, you'll never get there without PROMOTING your opportunity or opportunities.

I'm another of the MANY that has chased the "shiny objects", spent money on pointless adventures/purchases, acquired many supposedly useful "things" in my Documents from the many Downloads both FREE and PAID and yet have NOTHING to show from them, no profit, nothing.

If all you want is NOTHING, then keep chasing the "shiny objects" and you too will be somewhere, which is nowhere.

I'm as well writing this as a PUBLIC REMINDER to me of what to do and not do. I'm so tired of driving trucks yet until I and YOU implement available information to secure my/our futures, we will simply plod along in our wonderful routines till we (possibly) go completely broke and grab a sign and street corner.

I'm on vacation, so to speak, from Trucking.

Don't DRIVE yourself into a ditch or off a cliff from becoming frustrated because something got you all wobbly and confused.

Remember being in school(s) and when problems arose, which is/was the point of being TAUGHT, we/you were given the principles and tools to help overcome obstacles and we succeeded so do the same here!!

Through helping other People, we help ourselves.

Give and do not expect any return and one will therefrom succeed!!
