Whether you need something to supplement your current marketing strategies, or you're just starting out, Facebook marketing could be the answer to your problems. Because it's so popular, you have access to a large and varied audience. Take advantage of this great service!

Buying Fans.

There is absolutely no point in buying fake fans. Imagine having 5,000 fans, of which you bought the bulk, and then paying to promote a post. You'll be paying money to show ads to people who have no interest in your business! Don't waste your money, rather get fans organically.

Length Of Postings.

Do not create postings that are too long. While you may have a ton of things to share, nobody wants to wade through a 1000 words to get to the point. Try to keep all of your postings as short as possible, but still well-written. You want people to be able to grasp the main idea.

Relevant Posts.

Keep your posts relevant. If you promote an internet marketing service, everything you post about should have something to do with your service.. If you post too much about irrelevant things, the theme of your page will get lost and your bottom line could be affected as a result. It is important to stay on topic.

Similar Ad.

Use the 'Create a Similar Ad' feature. This will change your ad subtly while maintaining the  message. It can help you get more exposure while promoting the same thing as the original ad. In seconds, you can have a whole new ad made up with little effort.

Pictures.

Facebook allows you to have both a profile picture and a cover picture. Make sure that both of these have something to do with your business. In addition, do not make the pictures too complex or flashy. You want them to be easily identifiable to your target market. If they are not, someone could be confused about what your page is really about.

Deals.

Offer great deals and  exclusive discounts to your Facebook customer base. People like to be rewarded for their loyalty, so treating long time people very well will increase their liking for you and encourage word-of-mouth advertising. All of which will bring you more customers and sales.

Best And Worst Time.

Never rely on anyone else's advice as to when it is the best time to update your page. While a non-profit may find people are more responsive on the weekend, that doesn't mean your customers aren't actually checking out your page at work. Do your own research to figure out when you should be posting.

Profile.

Make sure your personal Facebook profile is set to private. If your real name appears anywhere on your official website, some customers might try finding more information about you and your Facebook profile could come up. It is best not to share anything that could hurt the image of your brand and keep your profile private.

Rather than assuming that your audience won't want to use Facebook to learn more
about your business or service, take advantage of its power! Since its usefulness has already been established, you can piggyback and receive the benefits

Life should be fun - enjoy it!
