Help An Orphan Get An Education, PLEASE!

I am a retired Englishman living in the Philippines. My local girlfriend of almost two years is a widow lady with a 17 year old son to put through college, with no means of of income or savings.
They live on Leyte, an area badly destroyed by Typhoon Hainan last year, still waiting for any kind of government assistance, and almost impossible to find any kind of employment. That means they rely of me to help them and, quite frankly, my pension is not big enough to support the three of us - so I am respectfully asking help from anyone who can afford to donate.

Any and all money received will go to paying the son's college fees, putting food on the table, and clothes on his back. His name is John, and he is taking a 4 year Information Technology course in Ormoc City. Help him help his mother by getting his degree, and eventual employment!
