I�m reflecting back in times past, when I wasn�t feeling all that good. I would call my best friend and he would always seem to find something crazy funny to say. I had no other choice but to laugh even if I really didn't want to! I�ve always heard that �laughter is the best medicine�.
A good hearty laugh is not only good for the heart but for the soul as well. This subject of laughing brings to my remembrance some of the great comedians (or greats to me), Bill Cosby, Jerry Seinfeld, Jamie Foxx, Richard Pryor, Woody Allen, Roseanne Barr, Jerry Lewis, Redd Foxx, Robin Williams, and the list goes on.
A good laugh can stop a bad conversation dead in it's tracks! I love to laugh because it can, at times, be infectious. When you're around someone really funny, it's like recess when you were little at school - so much fun! When someone has the ability to make you laugh especially when you�re down, it really helps to make you realize that things are not all that serious after all.
I love the late comedian, Jerry Clower. Jerry Clower was hilarious. His jokes are clean and can be shared with your whole family. I actually ran across a video of him in action and I wanted to share it with you.

Comedy clubs are filled with people just looking for a good laugh. Almost every family has a comedian, who comes to all the parties and makes everybody laugh. I have someone like that in my family. My cousin Jesse Hardy is the comedian in my family. Everybody loves to see him come around to our family gatherings. Most often by the time we start dinner, were all in tears from laughing about something he said!

I believe people love to laugh! I know I love to get in a hearty, side busting, gut wrenching laugh as well from time to time.
