What is a lead capture page?

A lead capture page also known as a squeeze or a landing page, is a one page website that explains what you are offering and or what your are trying to give away. It has a box for people to enter their name and email address which they will do if what you offer appeals to them.

  Everyone earning a significant income online uses capture pages.

If you are just starting your online home business as an Affiliate Marketer or Network Marketer, or you�ve been trying to earn an income online but have never used a capture page, you must use capture pages.

A lead capture page is important for two reasons

1.) When someone is interested in what you offer they will enter their information on your capture page. You are providing a product or service that is important to them and you have now captured their information.

2.) Branding yourself is another reason to use lead capture pages. Branding yourself is making your name known, making your company name known, or both. This also could include a personal logo.

You must remember people will be buying you. The product or service you have is something they want. Your capture page caught their attention, and they are interested in what you are offering. You both have something in common.

 You have a product or service people want and through your capture, you are or will be the expert of that product or service they find necessary.

People who like what you have to offer will want to come back to you.

You have heard or you will hear the phrase, �The money is in the list� Using a capture page is one of the tools you must have which allows you start building your list and will keep your list growing.
