6 Effective Traffic Generation Methods

The downside to this is that members send fewer emails. However, the upside is that recipients are much more likely to use their primary email address, which means better conversions and more sales. Another downside is that everyone has to build their own downline that they can mail to. However, most good viral list builders provide upgrades options, which allows member to mail thousands of others without having their own list. Some viral list builders are credit-based; making them a combination of viral list builders and safelists. To receive the greatest benefit, advertisers are advised to join a few of the better viral list building programs and upgrade in them. Then, they should send emails as often as possible. This builds a sizable list very quickly and efficiently.

5. Signature Links
There are two types of signature links. They are email signatures and forum signatures. Email signatures are a great source for online marketing. As most email programs allow users to automatically set up a signature link, they can add a couple of lines of catchy text, and then link it to their capture page or squeeze page. Once it�s set up, the advertising is essentially automatic and reflexive. Each time an email is sent, the signature link accompanies it, which can result in abundant traffic. Forum signatures can be one of the most effective forms of advertising generating highly targeted traffic. Users can simply add a line or two of text in the signature section of the forum, and then link it to a capture page or squeeze page. However, most forums require that new users participate in forum discussions for a certain period of time before they can post signatures. Therefore, it is important to first read the forum terms of service or use before beginning.

6. Online Classified Ad Services

Classified advertising is the oldest, the most common, and the most publicly widespread form of advertising in the world. It is a service that is generally offered in newspapers, magazines, and other periodicals. Over the years, classified advertising has built a very strong presence online, and many popular local newspapers now offer both offline and online advertising services. Some services are free with the option of a fee-based upgrade while others are strictly fee-based. While you can get decent traffic using the free online classified ad services, the best traffic usually comes from the fee-based services.
