1. Keep Your Brain Oxygenated
As part of your daily routine, you must take a great care of a three-pound organ that is absolutely key to your survival and physical stamina. That organ is your brain. It is not just a piece of human mass that happens to be resting in your head. Instead, it is the central organism that controls your movements, growth, and longevity. So, drink plenty of clean water and natural fruit beverages. Give it a sufficient amount of outdoor exercise, and feed it lots of edible green leaves.

2. Think Like a Painter

Your mind needs to be challenged with appropriate tasks and mental workouts. It�s not enough to do the same routine repeatedly; even if it does promote mental acuity. The key is to do different tasks that will test your thinking and logistical skills. You must always be troubleshooting problems and answering difficult questions whether you want to or not. A painter is always thinking of how to add light and substance to her canvas. You must do the same. In short, always keep your mind active with challenging mental calisthenics

3. Divinely Kill Off Your Rivals (Well, Sought of)

Rivalries do very little to maintain a healthy and astute mind. We all have people who we have to deal with on a frequent basis. While some of them are easy to get along with, others are just simply big fat pains in the ass; and it�s only a matter of time before they become unfriendly rivals, and drain us of our mental vigor and spiritual energy. What�s worse is that it is sometimes impossible to avoid them completely. In that case, your only option, in most cases, is to try to get along with them as best as you can through divine patience. Use whatever spiritual strategies you currently have at your disposal to deal with them when necessary, but then avoid them whenever possible.

4. Do Routine Power Sleep Sessions

Your mind and body needs regular breaks and sufficient bed-rest. Without them, you�ll not only experience mental exhaustion, but also run the risk of suffering from hallucinations and critical cerebral illnesses. Resting is a no-brainer (no pun intended), and can�t be ignored; no matter how much stamina you have. So, rest your mind regularly and get at least seven hours of sleep each night.
