Ever wonder what the difference is between a regular Facebook Page is and a Like Page.

Pretty much your regular page is about your family and friends and what they are doing.

A FB like page is all about a specific idea. A way to get more customers in the door and let them know about your product or service.

In other words, your friends and family may not like you doing any promoting, marketing or sales on there personnel page.

If they sign up for a like page, it usually means that they have some interest in what your are marketing, promoting or selling.

One thing I think you should remember, I think it's ok to post that you are starting a Like page and you would like the people on your personnel timeline to join, but you don't want to do it too much.

Sometimes I post a link on my FB Like Page and then I share it with my personnel timeline. This might cause some people who didn't know about your page to like it.

Just kind of a little reminder.

I never beg, don't think it will work. Like "come people like my page." Or gezz people, I only need 10 more likes to make 100.

Kind of like saying to someone that rejected you, "So why don't you like me?"

Not cool.

Remember business is business. People that like your product or service will be on your page.

I try to post at least 4 or 5 times a day. Do it every day so you have some fresh content. People who like your page don't want to come back and see the same thing they saw a week ago. They will lose interest.

Don't only use sales post. In other words break up your post with some fun things, a video, a quote. Make it fun for a few posts and then sell your product.

Kind of like watching TV. You sit through the sales commercials, if the content is good.
