The Fasting Results Are In.
After 3 and one half days I officially lost 12 pounds during this water only fast. That has never happened before in any fast that I have done over the past 20 years. I guess I am a little slow on the switch to realize why this amazing weight loss occurred.
This is the first time I carefully drank 8 to 10 glasses of purified water each day and nothing else. This simple fact is very important and probably very difficult for many people because of the periodic discomfort you feel during different times of a fasting day.
