Ham

Do you hate that question?  What's for Dinner?  Sometimes I get so tired of trying to figure out what to make for dinner, especially with very lmited options.  So tonight it's ham with baked potatoes and creamed corn.  Creamed corn was one of my mom's favorite vegetables.  My mom had 4 strokes 2 yrs ago this December.  She died last February.  My dad does not cook so, long story short, they moved up here, added on to my house so I could help with my mom my dad eats dinner with us. He has stocked up on small hams and pork chops so it's ham again.  :-)
