I was looking for recipes today and came across one for Slow Cooker Sloppy Joe Casserole. It has hash browns, hamburger and onion, sloppy joe sauce, garlic, cheese, green and/or red pepper would be good and shredded cheese on top. Sounds really yummy. I'll have to give it a try soon.
