The Winning Team - Who We Are

We are a TEAM of independent Network Marketers that have joined together for the mutual benefit of the entire TEAM and it�s members.

We realize that there are hundreds maybe even thousands of good Network Marketing programs available today. We do not presume that one is better than another. We recognize that there are fine differences between programs and one program may suit one member but not another. We, as a TEAM, do strive to assist and support our members to build their chosen programs. We report information that comes to us after making an honest effort to determine if that information is indeed fact. There is strength in numbers.

One of the major problems that all new network marketing professionals face is quite often �how to finance a new opportunity�. We realize that any good program has start up cost. Even the ones that are �Free to join�. There are tools, supplies, and advertising associated with any network marketing program. In order to assist all of our members to get off to a good start we have created the TEAM Four STEP Plan To Financial Freedom program. The Team Four Step Plan To Financial Freedom consist of mentoring, training, and marketing programs. It also has a recommended tool program. Some of these are free to participate in and some have a small cost. All are chosen for their ability to perform the job and also create a secondary income to help off set the Training and Marketing cost associated with promoting and building a members chosen income producing program. Our goal is to help our members get to a point of zero Training and marketing cost so that they can concentrate on developing a real income through their chosen primary income producing program.

It is a well recognized fact that the primary reason for failure in the network marketing business is the lack of up line support and training. Our next goal is therefore to as a team become a surrogate up line support structure for all of our members. It is not our intention to replace a members direct up line support but rather to be an additional source of support.

A weak up line and the lack of support and operating capitol are the biggest problems new members in any network marketing program face. Our main goal as a TEAM is to provide to all TEAM members support, and generic tools to help build theirbusiness. The main reason for the TEAM FOUR STEP PLAN TO FINANCIAL FREEDOM program is not to replace or take the focus away from any TEAM member�s primary program but to provide a secondary stream of income so that all members can defray the cost of tools, advertising, and other expenses connected with building their primary networking business.
