We can have every thing in the world, money, jewels, friends, family and the list goes on but without health are we able to really live and enjoy those things?
2013 has been an incredible year for me. Multiple injuries over the years had stripped me of the ability to move freely and easily and thus living was tough. In January I connected with a personal trainer who would change my life for the better. I now 9 months later enjoy doing a lot more, my energy has increased and I have the strength I need to be a caregiver.

As I have started working out I find that my body prefers movement to a sedentary (computer and couch potato) lifestyle. I find that I can only sit for 30 minutes or so before I'm ready to bounce around. Certainly not something that I did just a few short months ago.
So I encourage you to work toward your own healthier lifestyle. It's cool!
