

Ingredients:
6 8 oz cans Tomato Sauce
1 12 oz can Tomato Paste
1 Med Onion
3 to 4 Cloves Garlic
1 teas. Sugar
Oregano or Italian Seasoning � palm full. Rub hands together to release oil and put
into pot. Add more or less to taste.
Salt and Pepper to taste
5 to 6 Cups of water into pan. You may need more.
DIRECTIONS:
Use a sauce pan.
In pot one turn of Olive Oil in pot.
Put onion and garlic in pan and saute until translucent
and flavorful.
Add your tomato sauce and tomato paste. Stir until mixed well. You made need more tomato sauce.
Add your water you may need more or less add a little at
a time after the first 4 cups and stir until blended.
Add your salt and pepper to taste.
Add Oregano or Italian Seasoning � palm full. Rub hands together to release oil and put
into pan.
Add teaspoon of sugar to cut the acid in tomatoes.
If you like tomatoes in your sauce add a can of diced
tomatoes.
Cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes stir. Then lower heat to a simmer and cook

Watch and stir so it does not burn on the bottom of pan.
