25 Not forsaking or neglecting to assemble together [as believers], as is the habit of some people, but admonishing (warning, urging, and encouraging) one another, and all the more faithfully as you see the day approaching.
Reflections:
As we see what day approaching? Well, one doesn�t have to be an Einstein to know that we�re at the precipice of the end time�s scenario. We live in a wicked generation, within in a corrupt society, with a corrupt government and total economic collapse looming on the horizon.
The youth of this generation have been desensitized and programmed, like helpless puppets, through a corrupt education system and bias media, to follow along the same road that leads to more of the same. America, the world�s last hope, is in a steep moral decline from which she will not recover. No one wants to hear this, but down deep every genuine Christian instinctually knows that it�s true.
When all the dust settles there will emerge a new world order of society and we, the Christians, will be considered the enemy of the state; the ones who stand in the way of worldwide �progress.� Get ready beloved, we�re in for a bumpy ride. Even now our churches are becoming more and more like the world. The Holy Spirit has been replaced by �Christian theatrics� with all the trimmings.
This is where our verse for today comes into play. We need one another. We need to warn, urge and encourage one another to remain steadfast in Christ amidst all the chaos of a declining society. It is imperative that we give the Holy Spirit back His church and allow him, once again, to lead and to empower his believers in the things that truly matter.
There is only one true church in the earth and it is made up of Holy Spirit filled, and led, believers; genuine followers of the Lord Jesus Christ. The walls that men have built to divide us must, and will, become invisible.
When the church is one day forced underground, and all the Christian glitter is gone, she will once again become like she started out so long ago; just people hungry for God; living stones connected together by the Holy Spirit and the blood of Jesus Christ.
It�s time to admonish (warning, urging, and encouraging) one another, and all the more faithfully as we see the day approaching ...
