Reflections:
Within these verses we find an amazing transcendent truth � a truth enabling us to be able to do all things through Christ who strengthens us � to become more than conquerors through Him that loved us.
Many long to be that �more than a conqueror,� or to have enough strength in Christ, to overcome the obstacles in their lives, but few really attain to the freedom and victory they so desperately long for. Jesus said, �You shall know the truth and the truth will set you free.� So, if we�re not free, could it be that we really haven�t grasped that necessary truth?
� The truth is that Jesus Christ has already finished the work in each andevery category of life. When He said, �it is finished,� He meant it was finished!
� The truth is that we cannot change our own behavior no matter how hard we try. Jesus said, �Without me you can do nothing.�
� The truth is that if we will truly commit our issue to Christ by coming to Him as our only hope that He is able to keep (uphold) that which we commit unto him � forever!
Yes, He can do exceeding abundant above all that we can ask, or even think! He�s already done so once, when He saved us, and He can do so in each and everycategory of bondage we struggle with � bar none!
Father,
I come to You now in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son and I give you my problem with ________. You�re my only hope. Lord, I�m desperate! If you will supernaturally remove _______ from me, and distance me from it, I will do my part to stay distanced from it. You�ve already done it once, when you saved me and made me a new creation, and I just know you can do it again. I�m turning this area of ________ over to you right now and I�m going to simply rest in your promise, because I know that without you, and a miracle, I can do nothing on my own � amen
