Colossians 3:16 (NKJV)
16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
Reflections:
The first word in this verse is �Let� and it means to allow. This calls for a choice on our part to allow the word of Christ full sway in our midst when we come together.
Then there�s the word �richly.� This means to allow the word of Christ to inhabit us in abundance � and not to quench the Holy Spirit.
Do you, like me, long for times when Christians simply get together for the express purpose of the above? The moving of the Holy Spirit in such settings is wonderfully refreshing and profitable as each one has the opportunity to share their gifts and callings.
Who wouldn�t want to be in such a setting? Well, all you have to do is gather up some Christians, call on the name of the Lord and be responsive to the moving of the Holy Spirit �
