Living for the Weekend"...sad, isn't it.

It is like the student who says the best things he likes in school is lunch, recess and going home. Basically, he is
Living for the Weekend.Here's an idea. Tell me if I am all wet. Maybe we look forward to the weekend because we are not invested in the job. Now I am not saying that people don't need rest or a break but have you ever seen kids playing basketball or a pickup game of football in the park?
They are working hard, right? No.
They are playing. But they are putting forth a lot of effort. True, but it's fun. So what's the secret? I think it might be to find the play in work. It's not that the tasks become easier, the hours less, or the pay greater but there is a shift in thinking.
Whether you
work from home, own a brick and mortar business, or work for someone else it is important to dwell on the "why" for the efforts.
I have a friend that spent over 40 years teaching. She retired. She volunteered for other teachers. Now why did she do that? She had a passion. Passion infused in action is a relentless force.
Today...find your "why" like my friend and stop ...
