Internet research. Do a search on the Internet for your blogs topic. See what information you can come up with concerning your niche. You may become inspired by something youve read there or you may think of some comments to post about it.
Check the video sites. YouTube has a zillion different videos out there that you can add to your blog. See if you can find one that relates to your blogs theme. Post the video to your blog and have your readers share their thoughts on it.

Consider doing reviews. Reviews can be a good filler to use while you try to get inspired again. Choose some products, websites, books or whatever you can think of thats related to your blogs theme and write a review of it. If its a good review, add your affiliate link and make some money from your opinions.
Keyword research. It's quite possible to get ideas for blog articles while doing keyword research on a subject.
Magazines about your niche subject. They contain articles about the things people - offline and online - are interested about.
If all else fails, compile a list. A list is always popular.
Tools.
Google trends for current issues and themes.
Topsy - to see the most shared content.
BuzzSumo - to find popular content.
Google alerts and Talkwalker Alerts - to get notified of new stuff in your chosen areas.
SmartBrief, to get information curated from thousands of sources.
You can get back your inspiration for your blog writing if you look to other sources. They can help you come up with ideas of what you can share with your readers or they can give you a nice filler until your personal inspiration returns. Dont lose readers just because youre a victim of blogger's block.
Life should be fun - enjoy it!
