

3-6 chicken thighs, washed and patted dry
1/4-1/2 c Italian dressing
Place cleaned chicken in a baking pan.
Drizzle with Italian dressing.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 45-50 minutes
until chicken is done.
To check for doneness, insert a meat thermometer
into thick part of the meat without touching the
bone. Thermometer should read 165 degrees.
Note: You can use skinless boneless chicken by
decreasing the cooking time to 35-45 minutes.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes, green beans,
corn or asparagus and a tossed salad.
